Tell us the device. We reply within one business day: how long it takes, and whether it is free with your order or quoted.
Your device in the catalogue
Free with an order of 10 licences or more, two sample units and the maker's documentation, and it ships in the next production release; otherwise, we quote it. A device that only advertises its data usually takes hours; for one that needs more, we tell you how long.
Your own build, certified
You add your own devices, and decide what the relay does with their data, in Adsum IoT Coder. We certify your version on the real board, and each new version again. Quoted per product.
What we usually need
- Two sample units.
- The maker's documentation for their data. If it is confidential, we sign a non-disclosure agreement first.
- If the data is encrypted, a test key for those samples, through a secure link we send you: never your production keys, and never by email.
We send the address with our reply; shipping and customs are yours, and our estimate starts when the samples arrive. After testing, it is your choice: we keep them on our bench to re-test future releases, or return them at your cost.
