Refunds and withdrawal
Within 14 days, not yet downloaded
You may cancel any licence within 14 days of purchase, for a full refund, as long as the production image has not been downloaded under it. Write to support@adsumnetworks.com from the account's email with the order number. The refund goes back the way you paid, through Stripe, within ten business days, and the licences it covers leave your account.
Pre-orders
A pre-order is free to cancel at any time before its invoice: write to us with its reference. Nothing has been charged.
Once downloaded
A licence whose production image has been downloaded has been used, and cannot be refunded. If the firmware does not work as the datasheet describes on the board it is made for, tell us: we fix it under the update term, and where we cannot, we refund.
Renewals
A renewal of updates may be cancelled at any time before its year starts, for a full refund. Once a renewal year has started it runs to its end. A renewal happens only if you pay its invoice.
Faulty hardware
The hardware is Fanstel's product under Fanstel's warranty. Tell us about a relay replaced under warranty and we move its licence to the replacement.
Mistaken quantities
Bought too many? Within 14 days we refund the licences not yet used. After that, unused licences stay in your account for future relays.
